FLOWLOK EXP is an asphalt based, highly versatile, elastomeric, weather resistant, ecofriendly, waterproof coating for decks, roofs, metal surfaces and more. It is designed for both, indoor and outdoor use. With its unsurpassed ability to expand and contract, it can easily withstand any movement and weather condition. This application utilizes cold liquid applied adhesion and instant cure technology. Flowlok EXP may be top coated with Flowlok PTC for LEED and energy star accreditation.
Flowlok EXP system is an ideal solution for roof retrofitting as well, with superior adhesion to any substrate. It allows for minimal disruption to building occupants without added life safety and insurance concerns, smoke or offensive odors emitting during and / or post application.
